MERCHANDISE DELIVERY
Whilst Hong Kong Ballet (HKB) works to dispatch the ordered merchandise as soon as possible, all delivery timelines are guides only, and delivery dates may be subject to change.
Merchandise will be delivered to the shipping address submitted. It is important to double-check and verify correct shipping information and contact number at the time of purchase.
Standard orders within Hong Kong: please allow 5–10 working days from the date the order was placed, except where the product listing indicates a different timeframe. Occasionally delivery may exceed these timelines for reasons outside of our control. For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, please allow an extra business day for delivery. Most orders are sent with tracking numbers. Please contact us directly to follow up on an order.
International orders: Our shop currently does not support international orders and shipping yet. We apologise for the inconvenience, but please stay tuned for updates.
The prices of discounted products will be rounded up to the nearest dollar on EACH item.

Notice:
Pickup items are only held onto for 14 business days, if you require additional time please email us at shop@hkballet.com with your order number and order date.
After 14 business days, the order is not eligible for refunds, only exchanges or store credit may be applicable on the discretion of Hong Kong Ballet. After 20 business days without notice, the order will be forfeited and not offered reimbursement and/or refund/exchange/store credit.

Delivery Errors:
If the address provided is incorrect, and the package is returned, the customer may be billed additional shipping charges for another delivery. HKB reserves the right to pass on applicable charges to customers if an incorrect address is provided. A contact phone number is required, which may be used by the courier to arrange delivery. If an order is unable to be delivered due to customer error, after 21 days or three attempts (whichever is sooner), HKB reserves the right to cancel the order. Under these circumstances, payment will be refunded, less delivery fees incurred by HKB.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Please note that unless there is an issue with product quality, exchanges and refunds will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, despite best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If there is a damaged item, please contact HKB within seven working days of receiving the goods with clear digital photos showing the damage.
Depending on the circumstances, HKB may exchange the product or provide a partial or full refund of the purchase amount. If the product needs to be physically returned, HKB will not cover the full postage cost.
HKB reserves the rights to refuse a refund in cases where product damage is due to normal wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care of the item(s).
All purchases made at our Sugar Plum Shoppe in person pop up are Final Sale and no exchanges will be accepted. Please check goods on the spot before making your purchase.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
HKB reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and the policies at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions, including the policies, will be posted on HKB’s platform and be effective immediately. Customers’ continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
